They are produced using eggplants in summer, ginger and lotus root in winter, and seasonal vegetables and fruits.
It's a safe and secure gem that you can see your face from production to production, carefully handmade at the processing plant "Minori deli*deli kitchen" in the facility of Michinoeki.
